The new financial regulation bill for tighter control of banks and prevention of another financial meltdown is all watered down and quite toothless. Another Wall Street lobbying sucess, no doubt, and a sell out of public interest by lawmakers. In light of that, Tea Party's plan to vote out all incumbents in Congress is one way of fixing the root problem.
