If Ma had done a good job in preparation for/rescue work after this typhoon/flood, why didn't he promptly defend himself/his administratioin & had 2 wait till someone wrote in 2 newspapers in their defense? That alone showed he's slow &, I hate 2 say, incompetent. He seemed quite clueless to me.
