A study suggests that eating dark chocolate can lower your blood pressure. I would need to be confirmed in larger, longer-term trials before doctors could recommend treatment with chocolate, researchers say. Thirteen adults with untreated mild hypertension ate 3-ounce chocolate bars every day for two weeks. Half of the patients got white chocolate, half got dark chocolate. After 2 weeks, the blood pressure of participants that ate the dark chocolate dropped an average of five points. They study received no industry funding—the researches bought the chocolate themselves from the supermarket.
I like to eat See’s chocolate. They are so delicious=P~. I am never too old to enjoy chocolate and never feel guilty after chocolate.;;)
