Stress is one of the biggest factors in a person’s overall health. Before stress has a chance to influence your entire life, you should learn how to observe its warning signs. Here are five easy ways to measure the stress and anxiety in your day-to-day life.

First, check your muscle tension. This is can be done through scanning. Scanning, just as the name indicates, is examining your body like in an X-ray machine. At each area, you should notice the tension in the muscles. For instance, in your face, you might feel tightness across your forehead if you’re worried or stressed out about something.

Your hands can also indicate how you’re feeling.
