after all, he went to Rice, the elite and the best private university in Southern US. there's plenty of culture in Rice, or so he feels
and Rice is in Houston
%%- it was 100F in St Louis the day i left there for Asia via Phoenix and LA. but that same day it's only 86F in Phoenix, usually the hottest city in US
