Suitable living area in US is at least twice that of PRC but its population is 1/5 that of PRC.
For PRC to be as spacious as in US, its population has to shrink by 90% from its current 1.3 billion.
Taiwan's RPD is no less than that of Mainland. So 2 million would be the right size.
