My home pc had a problem shutting down for no reason couple days ago. I got a message saying a problem had been detected and windows had been shut down to prevent damage to my pc. I thought it might be over heating but that wasn't it. I pressed Ctrl+Alt+delete to restart, but in vain. Not having any ideas, I was afraid I would screw up my pc worse than it already was. Luckily, I have a cyber sitter, a student majoring in pc science. I turn to him for help. He asks me many questions. Did I open unknown attached files? Not! Did I install any new program? Not! Any weird bugs? I was not sure. Adequate disk space…. Video adapters….BIOS updates….I am totally a computer idiot. He comes over my house and fixes my pc for me. Thank God! I can get it work again and it works perfectly fine! Thanks so much. I really do appreciate his help. @};-
