Despite the many accomplishments of human beings, there are still many things that they cannot explain. Among these things are the great mysteries of the past, such as the pyramids, Stonehenge, the statues of Easter Island, and the Nasca Lines in Peru.
How the ancient Egyptians could have built the pyramids has always been a mystery. As for Stonehenge in England, nobody knows for sure how its circular arrangement of stone columns was constructed. Just as mysterious are the statues on Easter Island in the South Pacific.
