I read the calligraphy book this afternoon. It mentioned that writing calligraphy has three benefits, concentration, longevity and promoting martial art skills. The third is a bit hard to recognize. I seem to understand a little after playing tai chi for 8 months. We usually emphasize to keep in good health. My coworker gave me the music of Chopin; but I could not bear his sentimental tune. I told her that Mozart’s music is so vivid; you will feel happy after listening it. I got an idea “we should not only care the body, the mental health is as important as the physical health.”
