Read students’ weekly report. That is a tough work but have lots of funs. Students write their weekly report about everything you could imagine: what they thought after reading an article, copy down a lyrics, love affairs, peer pressure---the list could to on and on. Sometimes, when appropriate, I give funny, but pointed, one-liners. Sometimes, I offer more complete advice.
One of my girls writes: I hate my mother. It may sound terrible to you, but I really hate her. I used to think I would get over it, but I now know I never will. Sometimes I think I'll go out if she doesn't quit picking on me. I never do anything that suits her. She doesn't like my clothes, my hair, my friends, or anything. My friends are not bums.
