Manage your emotions properly and all your problems like depression, frustration, fear, anxiety, anger, guilty feeling, will all be gone. Well, half gone, at least.
But how to properly manage one's emotion? That is a whole wide field of study, research and specialty. People make career out of it by charging you money for seeking advice. And usually they do a poor job of it.
There are indeed effective ways of treating these emotional problems but most psychiatrists and counselors are not good at it. Not by a long shot.
