The Central Weather Bureau (CWB) has issued a sea warning for tropical storm Pabuk. The system appears to have decreased in strength; however, it is still unclear how Pabuk will develop in the next few days. The CWB said that eastern parts will be affected by the system's outer perimeter today and will experience showers.
