But who knows? Come July the market may be flying high and the city is scorching hot again.
Like they say, weather and stock market, most unpredictable things in the world.

More likely the market will get worse before it gets better.
Yesterday's 1200 point plunge of DJIA was the worst one day fall in terms of points in the history of New York Stock Exchange. But it's only a 4.5% drop, which is nothing compared to the 1987 Black Monday market crash. On Black Monday DJIA dropped 22% in just one day.
Some think it'll be a 40% correction from the top before it hits the bottom. But many people still remember 2009's 55% market correction. If something like that happens this time, then like they say, you ain't see nothing yet.
We certainly hope the market is kinder than that this time.
