“What do you like to do in your leisure time?” is the topic given to Class 205 for their weekly report. Some students tell me they are interested in reading, listening to music or cooking. Some sleeping, watching TV, cycling or swimming.
How do you identify what you’re good at or interested in? If you do something and it feels fun and comfortable and you look forward to do it again – you can practice and get better at it and develop whatever talent you have. I think it’s great to try new things, new activities or different projects. As you try new things you are bound to notice whether or not you enjoy a certain part of the process and have a happy experience.
I believe that if you do things that are new to you then you are exercising your brain, and expressing who you are. Life is to enjoy doing what makes you happy.
