Why 9 out of 10 people around me here in Taiwan never bother to cover their mouths when they cough?
And 9 out of 10 here that work in restaurants, convenience stores never bother to clean their hands after picking up something from the floor, before handling or touching food, drinks, dishes, cups or utensils?
It's the education and upbringing, I tell you. It's the whole society, or the culture, shall we say. Something 's lacking.
