There are 224 days till 2008. We usually think of teenagers as having plenty of youthful energy. But in a recent survey in my class, seventy percent of students complained of being tired during the day. Fifteen percent admitted to falling asleep at school at least once in a week. According to parents, teenagers are more often tired during the day than younger children. Despite sleepiness being a problem, nearly two-thirds students have never been asked about their sleep by a doctor. The tiredness of students could be a result of them trying to do too much. Half of students say that, rather than go to bed early, they stay up to watch TV, use the Internet, or study. @};-
