  牲若有疵勿獻為祭
  Unacceptable Sacrifices

 17.耶和華對摩西說:
  The LORD said to Moses,
18.「『你曉諭亞倫和他子孫,並以色列眾人說:『以色列家中的人,或在以色列中寄居的,凡獻供物,無論是所許的願,是甘心獻的,就是獻給耶和華作燔祭的,
 「Speak to Aaron and his sons and to all the Israelites and say to them: 『If any of you-whether an Israelite or a foreigner residing in Israel-presents a gift for a burnt offering to the LORD, either to fulfill a vow or as a freewill offering,
19.要將沒有殘疾的公羊,或是綿羊,或是山羊獻上,如此方蒙悅納。
 you must present a male without defect from the cattle, sheep or goats in order that it may be accepted on your behalf.
20.凡有殘疾的,你們不可獻上,因為這不蒙悅納。
 Do not bring anything with a defect, because it will not be accepted on your behalf.
21.凡從牛群或是羊群中,將平安祭獻給耶和華,為要還特許的願,或是作甘心獻的,所獻的必純全無殘疾的才蒙悅納。
 When anyone brings from the herd or flock a fellowship offering to the LORD to fulfill a special vow or as a freewill offering, it must be without defect or blemish to be acceptable.
22.瞎眼的、折傷的、殘廢的、有瘤子的、長癬的、長疥的都不可獻給耶和華,也不可在壇上作為火祭獻給耶和華。
 Do not offer to the LORD the blind, the injured or the maimed, or anything with warts or festering or running sores. Do not place any of these on the altar as a food offering presented to the LORD.
23.無論是公牛是綿羊羔,若肢體有餘的,或是缺少的,只可作甘心祭獻上;用以還願,卻不蒙悅納。
 You may, however, present as a freewill offering an ox[b] or a sheep that is deformed or stunted, but it will not be accepted in fulfillment of a vow.

24.腎子損傷的,或是壓碎的,或是破裂的,或是騸了的,不可獻給耶和華,在你們的地上也不可這樣行。
 You must not offer to the LORD an animal whose testicles are bruised, crushed, torn or cut. You must not do this in your own land,
25.這類的物,你們從外人的手,一樣也不可接受作你們 神的食物獻上;因為這些都有損壞,有殘疾,不蒙悅納。』」
 and you must not accept such animals from the hand of a foreigner and offer them as the food of your God. They will not be accepted on your behalf, because they are deformed and have defects.』」
26.耶和華曉諭摩西說:
 The LORD said to Moses,
27.「才生的公牛,或是綿羊或是山羊,七天當跟著母;從第八天以後,可以當供物蒙悅納,作為耶和華的火祭。
 「When a calf, a lamb or a goat is born, it is to remain with its mother for seven days. From the eighth day on, it will be acceptable as a food offering presented to the LORD.
28.無論是母牛是母羊,不可同日宰母和子。
 Do not slaughter a cow or sheep and its young on the same day.
29.你們獻感謝祭給耶和華,要獻得可蒙悅納。
 「When you sacrifice a thank offering to the LORD, sacrifice it in such a way that it will be accepted on your behalf.
30.你們獻感謝祭給耶和華,要獻得可蒙悅納。
 It must be eaten that same day; leave none of it till morning. I am the LORD.
31.你們要謹守遵行我的誡命。我是耶和華。
 「Keep my commands and follow them. I am the LORD.
32.你們不可褻瀆我的聖名;我在以色列人中,卻要被尊為聖。
 Do not profane my holy name, for I must be acknowledged as holy by the Israelites. I am the LORD, who made you holy
33.把你們從埃及地領出來,作你們的 神。我是耶和華。」
 and who brought you out of Egypt to be your God. I am the LORD.」
