第十七章 Leviticus 17
1.耶和華對摩西說:
The LORD said to Moses,
2.「你曉諭亞倫和他兒子並以色列眾人說:『耶和華所吩咐的乃是這樣:
「Speak to Aaron and his sons and to all the Israelites and say to them: 『This is what the LORD has commanded:
3.凡以色列家中的人宰公牛,或是棉羊羔,或是山羊,不拘宰於營內營外,
Any Israelite who sacrifices an ox,[a] a lamb or a goat in the camp or outside of it

4.若未曾牽到會幕門口、耶和華的帳幕前獻給耶和華為供物,流血的罪必歸到那人身上。他流了血,要從民中剪除。
instead of bringing it to the entrance to the tent of meeting to present it as an offering to the LORD in front of the tabernacle of the LORD-that person shall be considered guilty of bloodshed; they have shed blood and must be cut off from their people.
5.這是為要使以色列人把他們在田野裏所獻的祭帶到會幕門口、耶和華面前,交給祭司,獻與耶和華為平安祭。
This is so the Israelites will bring to the LORD the sacrifices they are now making in the open fields. They must bring them to the priest, that is, to the LORD, at the entrance to the tent of meeting and sacrifice them as fellowship offerings.
6.祭司要把血灑在會幕門口、耶和華的壇上,把脂油焚燒,獻給耶和華為馨香的祭。
The priest is to splash the blood against the altar of the LORD at the entrance to the tent of meeting and burn the fat as an aroma pleasing to the LORD.
7.他們不可再獻祭給他們行邪淫所隨從的鬼魔【原文作公山羊】;這要作他們世世代代永遠的定例。』
They must no longer offer any of their sacrifices to the goat idols[b] to whom they prostitute themselves. This is to be a lasting ordinance for them and for the generations to come.』

8.你要曉諭他們說:『凡以色列家中的人,或是寄居在他們中間的外人,獻燔祭或是平安祭,
「Say to them: 『Any Israelite or any foreigner residing among them who offers a burnt offering or sacrifice
9.若不帶到會幕門口獻給耶和華,那人必從民中剪除。
and does not bring it to the entrance to the tent of meeting to sacrifice it to the LORD must be cut off from the people of Israel.
