James is one of the boys in Class 205. He does not pay much attention to his school work and can not get good mark in class. He tells me that he doesn’t know what’s happening to him but he can’t stop feeling somewhat depressed lately. I ask him to make a list of things about his daily life that make him unhappy or anxious. Then write down some solutions to these problems. I also give him some tips how to do well in school. Hope he fell well soon! All the best!
Today is the first day of the first mid-term test. Thanks God I’ll have 2-day off to do the grading work. No sense of urgency this time.:)
