13.「『以色列全會眾若行了耶和華所吩咐不可行的甚麼事，誤犯了罪，是隱而未現、會眾看不出來的，
「『If the whole Israelite community sins unintentionally and does what is forbidden in any of the LORD’s commands, even though the community is unaware of the matter, when they realize their guilt
14.會眾一知道所犯的罪就要獻一隻公牛犢為贖罪祭，牽到會幕前。
and the sin they committed becomes known, the assembly must bring a young bull as a sin offering and present it before the tent of meeting.
15.會中的長老就要在耶和華面前按手在牛的頭上，將牛在耶和華面前宰了。
The elders of the community are to lay their hands on the bull’s head before the LORD, and the bull shall be slaughtered before the LORD.
16.受膏的祭司要取些公牛的血帶到會幕，
Then the anointed priest is to take some of the bull’s blood into the tent of meeting.
17.把指頭蘸於血中，在耶和華面前對著幔子彈血七次，
He shall dip his finger into the blood and sprinkle it before the LORD seven times in front of the curtain.
18.又要把些血抹在會幕內、耶和華面前壇的四角上，再把所有的血倒在會幕門口、燔祭壇的腳那裏。
He is to put some of the blood on the horns of the altar that is before the LORD in the tent of meeting. The rest of the blood he shall pour out at the base of the altar of burnt offering at the entrance to the tent of meeting.
19.把牛所有的脂油都取下，燒在壇上；
He shall remove all the fat from it and burn it on the altar,
20.收拾這牛，與那贖罪祭的牛一樣。祭司要爲他們贖罪，他們必蒙赦免。
and do with this bull just as he did with the bull for the sin offering. In this way the priest will make atonement for the community, and they will be forgiven.
21.他要把牛搬到營外燒了，像燒頭一個牛一樣；這是會眾的贖罪祭。
Then he shall take the bull outside the camp and burn it as he burned the first bull. This is the sin offering for the community.
