1) why do they show films like "Dave", "Groundhog Day", "Something's Got To Give" so often on movie channels?
people like watching them, i guess
these movies make you feel good...comedy, romance all rolled into one. pleasant, light-hearted, warm, good script, good acting, good production...
and they're all low-budget movies
2) no matter what you do and how well or how poorly you do it, life just repeats itself day after day until...one day you change yourself into a better person, and hopefully meet someone nice who truly likes you...that's what "Groundhog Day" is all about
3) "Dave"...yeah, a movie that makes me smile and laugh everytime i watch it
