As DJIA approaches 20,000 for the first time in history, I'd like to tell you a story.
No, two of them actually:
It's the best of times. It could go to 30,000 in a couple of years without looking back.
It's the worst of times, or rather, the beginning of it. It could be the multi-decade top before a 1926 style fall, down 90% to near 2,000.
