President Ma is a clean politician alright. He has been so since the start.
But as the president, when it comes to certain serious issues, he has not been resolute enough and even appears to be wishy-washy sometimes.
As a result, he did not deal with those issues properly, which has been disastrous for himself, his party, and the country.
Another area where he has failed is communication.
Former US president Ronald Reagon was called the "Great Communicator".
Ma fails not because he lacks the ability to explain to and communicate with people in Taiwan.
Where he fails miserably is he did't even try to communicate or explain.
Nobody knows what he has done or has been trying to get done.
It's a pity.
It's also stupidty.
