if Bush can't think, can at least his advisors think?
criticizing a country just before visiting it is not a diplomatic and friendly thing to do. and to do it in Japan which most Chinese have very little warm feeling towards is stupid, unless Bush or his advisors intentionally wanted to provoke Chinese people.
how would American people and government feel if Hu delivered a speech in which he criticized US, when he stopped over in Cuba before visiting US?
