In 1930s Japanese set up puppet government in north-eastern China. Do we call those who fought the puppet government and the Japanese "insurgents" or "rebels"? No.
Then why does Asian media idiotically follow western media and governments and call those who fight the puppet government and coalition/occupying forces in Iraq insurgents? Call them anything, but never terrorists or insurgents. Asian media, show some brain and objectivity. Use your coconut and do some minimum independent thinking!
Foreigners who have joined the Iraqi "insurgents" are called "foreign fighters", again, by western media and governments. What then should we call US, British, and Austrlian troops in Iraq? "Native fighters"? Give me a break. They are the true and original foreign fighters, invaders, and occupiers.
People don't think or think but dare not tell the truth.
