If I say I got a thousand things on my mind that I want to do, I'd be exaggerating.
But I do have a long list of things that I need to do and I often find that 24 hours a day and 7 days a week are not enough.
To start off, I need 7 to 8 hours of sleep everyday.
An hour for exercise.
Meals. Sometimes I cook my own meanls for health reason.
That means going out getting groceries, preparation, cooking, washing dishes and pots.
House work too: laundry, cleaning...
Then there are things to read: articles, reports, domestic and international news, emails...
My work. I spend long hours concentrating on my work.
Some work related research too.
Also a walk in the neighborhood which I must do everyday to keep my sanity. It's something plesant that I very much enjoy doing.
I do watch TV: news, movies, TV series, iinterviews, discussions and analyses...
Meeting relatives, skypeing with siblings overseas...
All the above and I haven't yet got around to taking out time for social activities or occasional overseas travel.
The list goes on and on.
No wonder 24 hours a day isn't enough.
There are weekends when I wish my work place wasn't closed so I could get some work done.
I definitely need 8 days a week.
