Some think the statement is illogical, self contradictory, and therefore absurd.
They say for something to be a tradition, it must be an event or practice that has been going on for a very long time, like decades, generations or even centuries. And you can't have something that is both old and new at the same time.
I totally disagree.
Whoever says "beginning of a new tradition" forsees that something will continue for a long long time to come.
He forsees and predicts.
The critics can't see far or think deep.
They use shallow logic.
They're stupid.
