Boredom is part of life. Hopefully it's a very small part.
What do you do when you feel bored or get tired of everything around you? You travel.
In US I get bored very quickly while here in Taiwan it takes a long time before I want to get away for a break.
I don't know how I'd feel if I move back to Southeast Asia. I'd probably get bored everyday.

When would a person be able to enjoy driving around Good Earth, the Good Earth of China, as much as in Big Country?

But like I said, no place is fun without the right company.

If you really grow up and wake up, you begin to see all the ugly things around, everywhere in this world.
One can't ignore them but then you need to focus on all the good things instead.
