The first mid-term test will be hold two weeks later. I have been busy with the test-making for many days. Design and make a test for each class, according to student's level. It's not an easy job. I use them to measure or evaluate, and then improve my teaching. Students know how important the tests and have the test anxiety. It can affect a year's grade. Or, if it measures the ability to learn, it can affect a student's placement in school. So it's important to do well on tests.
Students have test anxiety before taking their test. Teachers should work hard grading the test. Hope it is not a disaster for both of us.
