LA International Airport is getting more and more backward and understaffed.
So much so that it took me 1 hour and 15 minutes to get my suitcase from baggage carousel after the plane touched down.
It then took another 50 minutes waiting in line to clear the customs.
Most officers/employees, be it immigration, customs or security, were cold, condescending and even rude.
Are they properly trained?
Where is the professionalism?
What happened to American hospitality?
The airport facility, efficiency and service are all way behind many Asian airports.
LAX has become a symbol of deficiency and backwardness.
In my opinion, everybody in Department of LAWA should wake up and shape up, or be fired.
