pleasure and challenges are more often associated with the journey or the process while satisfaction normally is the reward of reaching the destination or achieving what one has set out to achieve. can't have it both ways. either you are reaching it or you've already arrived
so pleasure and satisfaction, which one do you prefer?
actually you don't have to choose between the two if you have multiple short-term projects or targets. in that case you may have both pleasure and satisfaction almost at the same time...albeit alternatively, one after another, but constantly and continuously
