A tradable market with rigid risk control and a simple trend following method, and you've got it made. A tradable market is one that is (1) liquid with tight spread, and (2) directional with clear trend and shallow pullbacks. Risk control means right bet size and cutting loss early. Stricktly sticking to it makes it rigid. There are perhaps tens if not hundreds of trend following methods. Any simple one that suits one's personality would do.
