I'm not a cynical person but my hunch about politics and human nature would more often than not turn out to be right, as supported by the views expressed in the following interviews:
The mass, the common people, the voters, are simply ignorant and stupid. They are easily misinformed, misled and manipulated by big business-government (aka Wall Street - DC) complex that owns or controls the media.
