my house is a "duplex" house_ 2 separate full home聯式房屋(兩家合居, 但各自分開)
either a single "retired" "healthy" lady or a single "retired" "healthy" gentleman is O.K.(Retired people is more match,eating,traveling,
exercise...together)
 if u r planning a luxury wedding, prepare a shinning,big ring, provide lots of money......
otherwise, don't ask for "marry"---I'm scared!(like our age, not so easy to say "marry"_for economy,health,age,children....reasons, who can
keep promisses to whom? ~~too complicated, 2 much should be considerate...is worth it?)

a single divorced 60 lady~she bought a house, 3 bedroom, close to park, very good condition_
then she made a commercial on newspaper, a 63 single retired healthy gentleman, came from TPE_
he dislikes to live with his son & daughter-in-law__
so after a good negotiation & moved in to be a "tenant" + "living partner" w/ her!
~~~now, they have a nice & satisfied "the life of old people's living style"~~I'm so happy for them!!!
