There may or may not be a second dip. If there ever is one, the Dow very likely will hit 3,000 before the fall stops. It's currently at 11,000 and was at historic high of 14,000 thee years ago. How do I know? Well actually I don't. Just an educated guess. A wild one.

Why not guess it'll go through the sky?

The upside has been mostly played out. Not much space left to play, at least for the short term.

There is however plenty of space on the downside.

Upside and downside targets are like magnets. Price tends to be drawn to both ends.
